Nights are still dark

The nights during nightwatches are still far too dark at around 2AM when we take a brake, and are on stand by for immediate deployment picking up emergency vehicles from the other side, such as for example ambulances. Low-passing clouds, rapidly changing weather and heavy rain- sleet and snow-showers also makes the nights extra dark.

Last night was just one of those nights - far too windy too fly, far too wet to land, and far too cold to be outside. Additionally, we didn’t get more than half an hour of downtime before our first ambulance run across the fjord was requested. I however managed to get a few shots of the ferry after mooring had taken place.
