Christmas Day storm

This Christmas was all about work for me. Not at all bad considering the extra holiday overtime, but I have to admit that I do miss the times on board cruiseships at Christmas, when the entire crew were shown great appreciation for their hard work and efforts through the year. While December 24th was a slightly bumpy day, Christmas day whipped up a north-westerly storm force 10 with wind speeds maxing out at around 28 meters per second. Ferry service across the fjord were however not interrupted, and all departures were executed on schedule, despite the lack of passengers.†
